1. Obstreperous:
Meaning – belligerent, bellicose.
Sentence- The obstreperous Netaji never let the British breathe a sigh of relief.
2. Sprawled:
Meaning- spread as one sits.
Sentence- The kid sprawled on the new tricycle he got.
3. Proliferate:
Meaning – to propagate.
Sentence- The rampant proliferation of swine flu caused panic in the country.
4. Dirge:
Meaning- a mournful poem(noun), to mourn(verb).
Sentence- a. The composer composed a heartwarming dirge in the memory of the late saint.
b. The whole nation wants to dirge for the passing away of the great late saint.
5. Tenuous:
Meaning- slender/ thin.
Sentence- The acrobat walked on the extremely tenuous steel wire very easily.
6. Invasive:
Meaning-tending to invade.

Meaning- to raise an issue or a question or a topic for discussion.

Sentence- The athlete flexed his muscles day and night to prepare for the upcoming race.
